Spotlight

Spotlight is Viacom’s most successful German children’s TV Show. For the premiere of their 6th season, they are moving away from Nickelodeon and over to Paramount+ and with this move they wanted a complete rebranding. The task was to create a more sophisticated (but still playful!) new identity for the show with a new show opener, key artwork and social media assets.

The show is about a group of teenage performers who share a love for the arts (dancing, singing, acting etc) and our proposed concept gives us an inside look into their worlds, 30 seconds before the spotlight comes on.

My role consisted of art direction with guidance from my creative director from concept to shoot to post production phases and handled the development of key art, the show opener and all social media assets.

Along with an opener, press photos and Key Art we created several TikToks of the cast to get our target excited about the new season by showing the cast around the school having fun by doing what they do best.
